Always helpful staff and great fastener selection. Ask for anything that you don't see on the floor as there are often sizes available that aren't displayed.

This is a fabulous store. Seems to have everything a hardware store would have, but the variety is on steroids. And the fastener wall is mind-boggling! But don't worry about finding the bolt you want. The staff is VERY friendly, and outgoing in wanting to serve you. When it comes to tools, they carry so many brands and so many items. A special shoutout to Doug, who was very friendly and bent over backwards in serving our small need. Chatting was one of the best parts of the enjoyment of our (my wife and I) visit.

Had to exchange a few anchors, not once but twice after Charlene's suggestion of getting stainless steel instead. I had excellent customer service from Kassandra and Charlene at the cash, patient, no stress. Great selection, most anchors, bolts, nuts, etc... sold individually so you can buy just what you need and not a pack/box like most big store chains. Hard to find nuts and bolts, that be the place. Plus great service, didn't feel like I was bothering. That railing is installed girls! Thanks!

My favorite place for fasteners and tools. Very experienced staff who are always willing to help. I love the assortment of those essential items we need to have for the garage. Particularly useful for those rare plastic car parts.

This is the place for anything related to construction. Went to most of these other stores and the are always lacking specialty tools but these guys have everything, not congested and friendly staff to help. Thanks

The worst place you should ever go to to fix a drill I brought the drill in because the chuck wouldn't hold the bit in and they gave it back to me in a hundred little pieces and on the quote they quoted me for a power cord and some oil and some grease and for some in-house items without listing the deyails. the actual parts that needed to be replaced was about $30 and they want $360 now I'm stuck with a bunch of pieces in a bag. Why did they take the entire thing apart every single piece was off the drill when all I needed was the end Chuck fixed. looks to me that they putting me in a situation where I'm stuck and have to agree to their pricing I can probably not get anyone to work on this drill now she says for liability reason they can't put it back together however if I pay 30 minutes of labor they will put it back together what kind of lie is that, never bring your tools for repairs in this place you will regret it. They even cut a wire.
